We, Jeremy and Stacy Neff,  have lived together in the Waldo area since 2001 (with a brief stint in Brooklyn, New York.)  We have both loved coffee since we were teens, and often thought it would be fun to own our own shop someday.  That day is here!  We couldn't resist the opportunity when the space became available in our neighborhood.  Jeremy has worked in the coffee business on and off since the early nineties in Lawrence, Kansas City, and Brooklyn.  Stacy has always been an appreciator of coffee and espresso, and is learning new things daily.

     We do have other interests besides coffee.  Jeremy is also a piano tuner and musician, and is a member of the American Federation of Musicians, Local 34-627.  He received his training in piano tuning and repair from the Museum of the American Piano in New York, New York.  Stacy is a graduate of The Kansas City Art Institute's fiber department, and occasionally works as an artist and photographer.  She also is an avid reader, gardener, and cook when she can find the time.  We both pretty much spend any time not in the shop with our amazing son and daughter, August and Hazel.  They are our main loves!

     One More Cup is our chance to create a love letter of sorts to our neighborhood and to Kansas City.  We are very passionate about the products we chose to use, family, friends, the environment, and our community.  Our shop is an extension of our home.  All are welcome, and we hope to have many chances to share cups of coffee with you.
